Job Description:
Reporting to the CRM Program Lead within Retirement & Private
Wealth as an individual contributor, the Senior Training Specialist
will be an integral part of the CRM project team and responsible
for planning and facilitating Dynamics CRM training, ensuring user
adoptions, and generating an exciting communication strategy for
the implementation of the CRM platform.You will work directly with
the CRM project team and business Subject Matter Experts to
facilitate user training across multiple offices through a phased
deployment plan. Your ability to understand your audience and
creatively design succinct yet engaging training material and
communications that provide clarity for all impacted will be

all.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement a training program,
including supporting materials, for a broad user group, servicing
multiple disciplines within the wealth management and retirement
verticalsFacilitate training and provide mentorship during a phased
rollout plan to various office locationsDrive user adoption and
engagement of the CRM platform through effective communication,
training programs and change management initiativesProviding
troubleshooting assistance and guidance for the end userAct as a
change champion and support enhancements/initiatives to educate
business users on impending changes in their workQUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft
Dynamics certification is a plusStrong oral and written
communication skills including the ability to leverage tools to
build engaging communications and training materialsAbility to
present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly
languageExcellent large and small group facilitation skillsAbility
to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced
environmentExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative
environmentHighly self-motivated and directedThe expected pay range
for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by
factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and
work location, as well as the specific position's business line,
scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive
