Stroke Neurology opening in MA_x000D_Located in Burlington, MA_x000D_Full-Time & Permanent_x000D x000D_Seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join team._x000D x000D_- The Stroke Neurologist will ideally be board-certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology_x000D_- Responsible along with other members of the stroke team (physicians, stroke-coordinator and stroke nurse) for the oversight of the active clinical, educational and research aspects of the stroke program in the hospital_x000D_- Work closely with 4 stroke neurologists_x000D_- Join a team of 36 physicians, 2 PhDs, and 19APCs_x000D_- Significant sub-specialty volume right from the start_x000D_- 1:8 general neurology call_x000D_- No stroke or trauma call for outpatient neurologists_x000D_- Neurology residents from affiliated university take the first call_x000D_- Teaching and research opportunities_x000D_- Faculty appointment available_x000D_- A 370-bed tertiary care facility_x000D_- Level I Trauma Center_x000D_- Comprehensive Stroke Center_x000D x000D_Location:_x000D x000D_Burlington, MA is a scenic suburban community approximately 17 miles northwest of Boston and a short drive to the lakes, mountains, and shores of New England.
