Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Manager responsible
for managing a team in the Greenway Secure Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for the Greenway Secure Cloud
Coordinate efficiency projects and facilitate training for new
hires
Act as the primary liaison between product support teams and cloud
operations teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
AAS in Health Care or IT Field required; BA/BS in Computer Science
or related field preferred
Four years of experience in product support or cloud infrastructure
support
One to four years of supervisory experience within an IT department
preferred
Knowledge of core technologies including AWS, server operating
systems, and Configuration Management tools
Project management experience is preferred
