Job Description:

Our client, a precision metals manufacturer, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Programmer, to join our winning team in Attleboro.

Our candidate of choice responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 3-Axis CNC Mills and CNC Lathes along with operating WEDM and Automatic Surface Grinders.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program CNC equipment using Mastercam to machine a variety materials like Tool Steels, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminum and Brass.
Develop workflows and write efficient programs using CAD/CAM software.
Set up and operate CNC equipment, ensuring conformance to specifications through precise measurement.
Adjust machine controls, tooling, and operations for optimal performance.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.





KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Vocational/technical school education preferred with at least six years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and a strong understanding of machining operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes.
